knowledge VS charisma

Had my last human anatomy lab today..... During the pre-lab demo, the lecturer, at last gave a brief intro on Dr Singh (some call Bombay).. He is actually a PROFESSOR!!!... and headed 2 university depts concurrently elsewhere before retiring back in Singapore... WHAT a 'BIG SHOT'!!!- (someone which is of high status)...... Not just that, he was a distinction student during the time where the university system was not generous with the A grade....

During the demonstration session, there was a sudden influx of students approaching him... Just the last lab session, his demostration was the least popular... what a big change in perspective of the students just by one simple introduction!! Anyway, both groups started the demostration directly opposite each other...

However, as both instructors proceeded with the demonstrations, I noticed an interesting phenomen: there was a migration from one group to another. Before continuing, would like to give a brief comparison between the 2 instructors:
Dr Singh: Knowledge: very good, charisma: normal
Dr (the other one): Knowledge: unknown, charisma: very high
So, migration occured. Could see that Dr Singh group was gradually getting smaller while the other group's size increased significantly.. At the end for the demo, there was only about 10 students left in Dr Singh group!!! The other group was CROWDED!!!.. more that 30 people!!! Wow.... Hence, i deduced a conclusion out of this: Charisma triumph over knowledge!!!
